What is Stomp & Brew? Stomp & Brew is a nonprofit craft beverage experience series based in West Jefferson, NC. We host intimate, boutique tasting events at unique venues throughout the High Country, with all proceeds benefiting Shoes for Kids, a local nonprofit that provides shoes to children in Ashe County.

What is Shoes for Kids? Shoes for Kids is an Ashe County nonprofit that provides properly fitting, season-appropriate shoes to children in need throughout the community. Every dollar from Stomp & Brew ticket sales goes directly to supporting their work.

​What kinds of events does Stomp & Brew host? We host a variety of small, curated experiences including liquor tastings, wine tastings, cigar and bourbon evenings, tasting dinners, and our annual silent auction. Each event is hosted at a unique venue in the region and features limited seating.

Are Stomp & Brew events still held at the downtown West Jefferson festival location? We have moved away from the large annual festival format. Stomp & Brew now hosts a series of intimate boutique experiences at venues throughout the High Country. Our annual silent auction at Old Barn Winery continues as a free community event each fall.

​How do I get tickets? Tickets for each event are listed on our Upcoming Events page. Ticket availability is limited, so we recommend purchasing early. Some events sell out quickly.

​Can I buy tickets at the door? It depends on the event. Some events may have tickets available at the door if they are not sold out. We always recommend purchasing in advance.

​Are Stomp & Brew events 21 and older? Yes. All Stomp & Brew events are strictly 21 and older, no exceptions. Valid photo ID is required for entry.

​What should I bring to an event? Bring a valid photo ID and your ticket. Specific details about what to expect at each event, including food, attire, and any other notes, will be shared on the individual event page.
